Quick and Efficient Aircond Cleaning Services. Technician came prepared with all the necessary tools and equipment needed. Tested the temperature before and after. Cleaned up very well after the service, so no mess left behind. Make sure you choose indoor and outdoor cleaning to ensure best results.
Service crew was punctual and provided excellent service! Reasonable pricing too. Booking was fast and simple. Will recommend to my residence group.
1) I did not get the CleanHero crew. I got one of their sub-contractors.
2) The job is to clean the king mattress, single mattress, and 2 medium size carpets.
3) Poor job on the king mattress. Looks the same before and after. Ok job on the single mattress. looks whiter after the cleaning.
4) Carpets looks worst after the cleaning. I’ve a white carpets. They turned grey after cleaning.
5) I asked for refund. They gave 15% refund (Rm 50 from RM 313) on the mattress and 50% refund (RM50 from RM100) on the carpets. I gave 3 stars because of this refund.
6) Overall not a good experience for me. Will hesitate to contract them for service in the future.
Note: The booking and refund process was smooth. Admin work tip top but actual work, wanting.
Don’t bother taking up the cleaning services. I took Sofa & AirCon. Sofa was still ok, Aircon service already, still leaking. Never met such incompetent company before. When I questioned them, they told me I have to do overhaul service etc which cost another RM500. Never even bother to see what was the root caused and inform me on the day itself that if I don’t do overhaul services the leaking will continue. Bad experience. First and the last time. Should not even be given 1 star. So much inconvenience caused that now I have to look for another company to service my aircons. i never had such problems with any aircon cleaning company. So please think twice before engaging their poor service.
They gave date on Thursday, scheduled to do cleaning on Sat. Suddenly 30min before the schedule, they cancel. Please teach your staff how to apologise profesionally rather than said “ TAK SEMPAT LA TODAY BANG….”
