I bought the 2 rug carpets at the same time, used for a short period of time, and might have some stains, but there was no damage before sending them to this shop for cleaning. I paid RM110 and got back 2 dirty carpets. One of them was over pressured until the edge of the carpet burnt and cracked, and the whole carpet changed color. Avoid this shop at all costs if you do not want your carpet being damaged by such an unprofessional company. They don’t know carpet cleaning!

Today was the day and whilst I was caught up on an urgent meeting they came and got on with their work in a very responsible way.
