I had such a wonderful experience at this nail parlour! Tun, the staff member who attended to me, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. I was pleasantly surprised by the free drinks service, which added a nice touch of relaxation. The warm stone pillow massage was also a lovely surprise.Overall, a fantastic experience
What else can I say? All the great reviews are real! No prior booking for a Saturday session but luckily I was accommodated. Best to get reservations though. I was kinda embarrassed to inquire at first as I thought that they cater mostly to women. But hey men need to take care of themselves too! I was served hot TWG tea throughout the session. I was serviced by the very famous Tun (she’s mentioned in many of the reviews) and suffice to say I was truly satisfied by her excellent skills and customer service. I will definitely be back next time I’m in KL!
Took my mother-in-law, Nana, and I for a little treat after much walking. The lovely ladies: Moe and May are highly skilled!
Were amazing and pampered our aching legs and arms.
I chose the Pink Lemonade Scrub manicure, 20 ringgit extra for buffing. Thanks Tun for your service 🙂 My nails look so pretty and well taken care of. It was really soothing and relaxing, I almost fell asleep. I was also served Silver Moon tea (that I chose) which i was given a selection of teas or coffee to drink.

Lovely service by Tun and May. Tun did my pedicure nicely, i love the results. Accept walk in but only if the place is not full. The skin feels soft and hydrated after the pedicure. The callouses has been reduced as well. The girls here are approachable, love it. The vibe here is better than OU’s branch. The staff were more welcoming and all smiles. Even when they wear facemasks, u can tell the vibe they give off is good.
