Good day everyone ! I’ve been using service of that company many times since the middle of the December and have been enjoying of service quality .House is real clean after them ,and even when my personal items been missing I had never charged them for it!!! Today I tried to make a booking as usual ( be the way Ive tried to get appointment since 1 feb “We are closed on Chinese New Year” and “do not provide cleaners your area” when before they never had a problem to reach my house…so I got a rude manager who is been speaking by slang to me and didn’t accept the booking because I’m a new costumer and supposed to bank money before getting the service !!! What ? I would never ever use that agency again that people don’t worth any coin
Charge is very high and there are unreasonable and unfounded conditions such as cleaning of sliding door in apartment is not part of package.
Paid in advance for apparently experienced maid but maid didn’t know how to organize her time and was extremely slow and didn’t know how to clean even after instructions were given. Work was not clean at all. Broke my stand fan blade and quietly covered it. She didn’t know how to open the fan cover but didn’t ask for help.
Wasted my money as I had to reclean and remop the whole house.
The worst service agency I ever used, supervisor is rude, and the maid was very very bad that she completely doesn’t know how to do anything, she went to toilet, only use it didn’t clean it then said finish, went to bedroom just did vacuuming and then finish, living room same, if I only want vacuum cleaning i can do it myself I don’t have to bring maid.
I will never ever use this company again.
First time booking with them. In summary, cleaner was great, whoever is the management on whatsapp is bad. Asked 3 times to confirm a permanent booking, completely ignored us. Responded 6 days later, at their convenience, when they needed to fill in the business next day, they decided they wanted to respond.
They took things personally when I gave some feedback some areas the cleaner missed (it was not bad but wanted them to relay message as the cleaner was sweet but may not have understood for next time. Ex/ like putting stuff back where they were) but they could not accept constructive feedback, said we had high expectations, ignored us after. Then responded for our request booking a week later when they wanted to fill in the business gap the next day. They became like those bad friends that will contact you only when they need something.
Loved the cleaner, but sadly handling and management is bad. As much as we wanted to do a permanent weekly booking with them after our first time, this experience shows alot and we can’t see how things can’t improve when just small details is managed this way. They also keep saying they will get back to me on certain things but never do.

They were great in beginning, they were responsive on whatsapp, as I had to follow-up on whatsapp to confirm a booking though their online booking form said someone will confirm in 24 hours but didnt. They were great in confirming booking details so was great so far.
The cleaner was also great, she was very nice and sweet. Booked for 4 hours, she finished at 3. I was on some confernce calls when she left was unable to check. There were some spaces that were not cleaned in bathroom, where in beginning first place I mentioned needed cleaned, that’s ok. It was her first time and surely if I was there to check when she left she would have been willing to clean, the cleaner is great, she’s open and sweet.
The review is toward their management afterwards when I was sent a message to them to give feedback on how we liked the cleaner, these are places she missed, there is also language barrier can you relay the mesaage. And we also asked how we can make weekly bookings with them. They did not take constructive feedback well, became defensive and acccused us of having high expectations? Wow, couldnt they just listen? It was cleaning 101. Example the cleaner cleaned our bathroom counter and left everything a everywhere, we wantsd to remind them to put everything back in its place, thats all, we didnt think mucb of it. If thats high expectationd then maybe they should send a guide what customers should of expect and their standard so that can be managed.
That did not sit well with us, we had no bad intentions on that. Then they ignored us, also our requests to confirm weekly bookings Shows on the degree of care of for business and customer satisfaction, dont listen to words a business says. Just watch what they do. They decided to reply 6 days later only as they wanted to fill in business space, so at their convenience.
rude response to customer! RM80+RM20 for 1 maid 4 hours weekend charge is definitely above average cleaning service fee yet deliver such unprofessional attitude towards customer! acting like they own the market! dont look for them as you will stuck with frustration dealing with their management~
