After I confirmed appointment, did not show up. I called and they said they needed to check availability. In the end, arrived around 2 hours after original scheduled time. The service was not professional and didn’t have proper experience. While moving a shelf, they didn’t take out the loose shelf boards first, so it fell inside the cupboard during the move.
Paid extra for disassembling/assembling but they did not finish assembling properly. They didn’t attach back the metal frames. We couldn’t tell because they placed the mattress over it. When our friend slept over in our guest room, he fell into the bed. And now I have to contact ikea for new screws cause it’s missing.
The quote for the service was not cheaper either.. actually slightly above other companies like lalamove but I chose it as location looked close. Not good experience.
