Sink leaking after one month plus of plumber unclogging the sink. While fixing last time, plumber asked if we the tenants are students or working people. He then overcharged at least RM100 through invoice since we said landlord will pay. A connection who knows the price of these things said it should be around RM200 max with Upah but total was up to RM350 just for fixing a clogged sink without any other repairs. Plumber guilt tripped through text when we requested for the cost breakdown. An extremely unpleasant experience for an all girls household to have to deal with such issue accompanied with unprofessional service!
I am so glad to find MZL maju jaya via Google. Mr Maizal is very responsive, his charges are very decent for Klang Valley area and the best thing is he was on time and reply to my messages. Will definitely use MZL in the future. Thank you
