A huge thank you to the technician team for their dedication in traveling to our location to service our pool. Exceptional after sales support. I was hesitated on their so call initial minimum charges on single visits but they will remove the visiting charges after I confirmed the service contract. Good Team!
A pleasant visit to their showroom, the person in charge is good at giving explanation and answering my questions. Most importantly is the way they communicate, it is so natural that they are genuinely wanted to share their knowledge instead of selling, esp when I mentioned that I needed more time for considerations. Really learned a lot from them.
The team was very honest and professional. I was prepared to change for all the broken underwaterlight but after their KL team came all the way to Muar and do inspection, it was just some wiring issues and no charges are required from them.
Very happy with the work and quality. Would definitely recommend Propulsion Pools to anyone thinking about getting an endless pool. Was shocked by the price but the performance and features are totally unmatch in this market!
