I cannot recommend Mr Lok enough. My newly bought house suffers from low water pressure and I had asked Mr Lok to diagnose the issue. Not only did Mr Lok arrive on time, he was very professional and friendly throughout his inspection. He spent a good hour up in the attic despite the afternoon heat. He found that the water pump installed had to be reset. Once this was done, the water pressure issue was solved. Mr Lok even took the trouble to explain to me all about water pumps with pictures he took. And if that wasn’t enough, Mr Lok refused to accept payment, saying that no real “work” was done. I was flabbergasted. Thank you Mr Lok, you have won yourself a loyal customer.

I engaged them for my roof patching, Bathroom plumbing and installation of new water heater unit.
Tommy is the manager attended to my call. He’s been very committed and responsible in suggesting the alternatives of solving the issue according to my affordability and concerns.
His team had been careful at work. They are able to work independently, with no issue on workmanship.
I would strongly recommend Tommy’s service to whom needed roof or plumbing solutions.
Highly recommended x10. The reviews here are genuine. Googled, called and Mr. Lok came to inspect and quote. He is highly professional, technically sound, patient, friendly, down to earth, not pushy and reasonable. Helped me change few broken tiles during inspection. He refused to receive any tips and no inspection fee citing it’s part of doing business. The fees he quoted is also market price, reasonable and comes with warranty. Decided to postpone repair/maintenance work but will undoubtedly engage his service.
Engaged Tommy to check my house roof condition prior to installing solar panels, given that my house is few decades old He had helped to check the roof structure rigidity and roof tiles condition, provided his practical recommendations on how to resolve the issue at hand.
Checking was done free of charge. Definitely will engage him again for any roof related issues.
Mr Lok is friend and patient. He was ever willing to reply to me even though i can be messaging him at odd hours. Booking of time with him is easy and his team kept to their promise.
