Both times I requested their service, Mr. Hilmi came.
He was very polite and worked carefully while maintaining the condition of the room.
I was impressed when I heard that the first thing he did regarding the condominium was to check the garbage disposal area.
He explained that he assesses its condition to determine what kind of impact it might have on each unit.
He was also very knowledgeable about cockroach species and taught me a lot.
He answered my questions courteously, worked quickly, and I am extremely satisfied with his service.
■ After the Extermination
After the first extermination, I was told to reach out if there were any issues. However, it has been over three months since the extermination in August, and I haven’t seen a single cockroach since.
I used to struggle with a few small cockroaches in the kitchen every morning, so I feel truly at ease now. I’m so glad I decided to hire them.
