I’d like to commend Zah, the beauty advisor at Sephora Fahrenheit88, for her exceptional assistance during my visits. During my first visit with my mother, Zah was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. She went above and beyond to ensure we found the products we were looking for. By understanding our skin tone and concerns, she recommended suitable brands and products tailored to our preferences. Her dedication, patience, and professionalism made the shopping experience extremely pleasant. Zah’s knowledge of makeup and her ability to provide personalized recommendations were truly impressive.
In contrast, my previous experience at Sephora Midvalley Megamall KL was disappointing, as the staff lacked basic knowledge about makeup. They didn’t assist me effectively or provide helpful recommendations, leaving me to navigate the store aimlessly. When i asked about which foundation shade to recommend for my skin tone, they could not assist me. They patch test to my hand and that’s it, no further explanation.
Zah’s outstanding service stood out even more in comparison, as she took the time to explain, recommend, and guide us through the process of selecting the right products.
On my second visit, I specifically sought out Zah with my sister because we appreciated her energy, expertise, and excellent customer service. Once again, she exceeded our expectations, giving thoughtful beauty advice and product recommendations that perfectly met our needs. Zah’s dedication, commitment, and hard work deserve recognition, and she should be held as an example for her peers.
To anyone planning a visit to Sephora Fahrenheit88, I highly recommend seeking out Zah for a fantastic shopping experience, you’ll walk away happy and with the perfect products in hand and happily spend $$$ money there hahah.

Rude staff, the word experience I had ever in Sephora. I think the just hired the staff to talk to each other. This Sephora is located at such a great location with the worst staff compared with other Sephora stores! I really like Sephora products as it really hold my makeup longer and I usually the staff is lovely and helpful. However, this is the only Sephora store that I won’t step into again! I step inside with a really good mood and planning to buy some stuff. End up buying nothing and become very disappointed and unhappy with their service.
Hell yes I would come back here again and again. Staff are super friendly and attentive, allowed me to have a full face makeup lol I came back another night to shop as return the favor. Tourists just show their pp and get 5% off directly.
rude staff. one of the staff wearing glasses with blonde hair was so rude when i’m just asking for the items. she did not help me and left me feeling clueless.
i then proceeded to another section in the store and was asking for a sample for foundation for wear test. another different staff (girl) assisted me with the most unfriendly attitude as if i will waste her time. she then proceeded to give me the sample and when i returned home and checked it was literally half a pump foundation. i mean i could have done that by putting it on my hand for test right??? ridiculous.
the only staff that was warm and friendly is the chinese guy.
PLEASE train your staff. and don’t be so stingy with sample of foundation. people ask for it because we want to test it before buying full sized. if we don’t want, we could have done it in the store and test it on our HAND.
