Extremely terrible experience with this moving company. While the we the owner was kind enough to help speed up the moving process, the overall service was unprofessional, owner are carrying the items and the staff can sat around relaxing. They dismantled furniture but failed to reassemble it in the correct manner and didn’t inform us. The Staff shook a table, even after being asked to stop as will loosen the screw, but they continued anyway. They avoided responsibility, demanded full payment before completing the job, and later on asked for a rate different from the what states in their quotation. When we disagreed, they quickly agreed to the original rate, which felt dishonest. Workers wore shoes, smoked in the house. Would not recommend.
Satisfactory service. Initially the first driver was going to be one and half hour late than the agreed time. Upon informing to the admin, they replace a new driver almost immediately. Kumar team did an excellent job. It done efficiently and professionally. Highly recommended.
I had an excellent experience with themoversonline movers. They were incredibly punctual and worked tirelessly throughout the entire move. What stood out the most was how careful they were with my furniture and belongings, treating everything as if it were their own. I really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail.
